Welcome to Mulch Medics, LLC! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our mulch dyeing services provided to both residential and commercial customers in central Indiana. By engaging in any business transaction with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Service Agreement
2.1. Mulch Dyeing Services: Mulch Medics, LLC offers professional mulch dyeing services to enhance the appearance of your landscape. We use high-quality, environmentally friendly, commercial dyes to refresh and rejuvenate your existing mulch.
2.2. Service Area: Our services are available to residential and commercial clients located in central Indiana.
2.3. Payment: All services rendered by Mulch Medics, LLC are payable in full upon the completion of each job. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
3.1. Appointment Scheduling: To book our mulch color dyeing services, clients must contact us via phone, email, or through our website to schedule an appointment. We will confirm the appointment date and time based on availability.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Accessibility: Clients must ensure that the mulch beds are accessible for our team to perform the color dyeing service. Clear access to the designated areas is crucial for efficient and successful results.
4.2. Pre-Service Preparation: Prior to our team's arrival, please remove any debris, weeds, leaves, toys, or obstacles from the mulch beds to ensure the best results. All mulch beds will need a minimum of 1" of evenly spread, existing mulch. Mulch Medics can not be responsible for preparing the mulch beds for color revival service.
5. Job Completion
5.1. Satisfaction Guarantee: At Mulch Medics, LLC, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
5.2. Longevity of service results will vary based on weather and traffic in and around the treated areas. The less water/rain and traffic that comes in contact with the treated areas, the longer the color will stay looking great. Based on these variables, Mulch Medics can not guarantee how long treated areas will last.
6. Liability
6.1. Property Damage: While we take every precaution to safeguard your property during our services, Mulch Medics, LLC will not be held liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond our control or as a result of client negligence.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Mulch Medics, LLC respects your privacy and will protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy on our website for more details.
8. Modifications to the Terms
